Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the tiles and architectural market segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with tile dealers, architects, builders, and developers to increase product sales.
• Use Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management efficiently.
• Manage and motivate a team of three sales personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of Caratiles' offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals that meet or exceed company targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent after-sales support.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
