| Job Description: |
Looking for candidates having BS / MSc in Food Microbiology along with 2-3 years of experience within a medium to large-scale dairy industry.
This position is responsible to:
- Conduct routine microbiological analysis of raw milk, cheese, whey, butter, water, and environmental swabs.
- Perform test for TPC, coliforms, yeast & mold, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Listeria etc.
- Ensure sampling and testing as per QA plans and international standards (ISO, Codex, FSSC 22000).
- Monitor CIP/SIP validation, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Maintain and calibrate microbiological lab equipment.
- Record, analyze, and trend microbiological data.Support investigations of microbial non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Participate in audits, GMP inspections, HACCP verifications and environmental monitoring.
