Job Description:

US headquartered leading Software Development Company with a global reach, having top-notch resources.


  1. Provide top-notch customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the financial services.
  2. Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions and responses.
  3. Provide guidance on federal, state, and local tax compliance requirements.
  4. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to tax documentation.
  5. Stay updated on changes in U.S. tax regulations and communicate relevant updates to customers.
  6. Guide customers on using tax software and tools to complete their tax filings.
  7. Provide educational resources to customers to enhance their understanding of tax obligations and compliance.
  8. Offer insights and advice on tax deadlines, payment schedules, and refund processes.
  9. Communicate with customers and clients via phone, email, and chat.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  12. Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  13. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of customer support procedures.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an international customer support role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Tech Savy and how to use Google Sheets & Docs .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries.
  • Familiarity with using chatbots.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi (Night Shift)

  • Timings: 8PM - 6AM
