We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing prospects through various digital channels to support sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

• Generate qualified B2B or B2C leads through paid and organic campaigns.

• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and drip campaigns for lead nurturing.

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead quality feedback.

• Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to manage and track leads.

• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.

• Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in content marketing or copywriting.

• Graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).

• Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
