You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Preference will be given to candidates with a hospitality background and experience in hospitality accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• AR/AP Management: Tracking outstanding payments, following up with clients/vendors, and maintaining aging reports.
• Collection Management: Collecting and reconciling cash from various points of sale and front office locations, and making daily deposits into the company bank account.
• Petty Cash Management: Maintaining accurate records and handling petty cash transactions according to predefined procedures.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records and performing stocktaking for costing purposes as per company policy.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the head office finance team to ensure alignment of overall accounting and efficient reporting.
• Accurately recording of all financial transactions into accounting software on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor  /Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance, or higher
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Hospitality Accounting Software
• Strong understanding of financial reporting
