| Job Description: |
We are actively seeking a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen and maintain the ties between our teams and our valued clients.
The perfect candidate should be an excellent communicator, attentive to client needs, and communicate efficiently with the tech team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary channel of communication for our clients, ensuring they are always informed and valued.
- Fluent English communication is essential to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Take the lead in meetings and discussions, embodying our company values and detailing our projects with confidence and precision.
- Keep an organized and clear record of client interactions, project specifics, and feedback.
- Ability to gather data requirements clearly & concisely.
- Proficiency in documenting & formatting reports, and client emails based on client requirements communicated over a call.
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Individuals must be keen to learn.
- Individuals must be dedicated & motivated toward the work.
- The individual must have experience in email marketing.
- A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- An experience with international client is a plus.
