- Company calls handling. - Office maintenance and management. - Will be able to initiate emails if required. - Making HR calls. - Able to manage HR (Admin) expenses. - Reception Operations (Conducting and Managing interviews) - Company Assets management (Maintain Company Asset management sheet) - Office Management (Office cleanliness, Monthly bills, Monthly grocery, Managing Employee credentials creation) -Managing Employee Information sheet. - Managing Guests and walk in interviews. - Record Keeping (Managing Company Files) - Managing Systems for the trials and tests. - Issuance of employment letters, Certificates etc. - Office Timings - Morning Shift- Qualification - Bachelors or Higher |
