| Job Description: |
- Balances cash at beginning and end of day.
- Make cash payment and receipt voucher.
- Update & reconciliation of cheque status on daily basis.
- Distribution of all cash payments and salaries.
- Making journal vouchers of all cash payments.
- Filling of bank & cash payment vouchers
- Daily reporting of cash flow.
- Updating of confirm payment module in system.
- Parties’ cheques issuance & updating cheques.
- Calculate and record all transactions
- Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or cheques.
