| Job Description: |
- On start of every quality, QC will do first in-line inspection.
- QC Head will check GSM, width, end-pick, selvedge writing as per given requirement.
- QC Head will check equal selvedge height & distance on each side of greige fabric.
- Contamination should be controlled.
- QC Head will inform daily looms production to production department.
- QC Head will make sure single color or double color loom as per contract.
- Selvedge yarn, design & writing as per given instructions.
- QC Head will make sure no. of running looms as per contract.
- QC Head submit daily inspection report to production department.
- Packing should be as per requirement.
- Weekly yarn report & daily stock report will be submitted to production department.
- Closing stock of yarn, fabric & running production reports should be submitted to production department by the end of every month.
