| Job Description: |
- Handling 4400 alcatel advance PABX comprising 100 PTCL lines and involving 200 extensions.
- Document controlling including all incoming and outgoing mail in mail register.
- Handling fax machine and faxing all documents of related department.
- Liaison with TNT/DHL/TCS and other courier for document tracking.
- Greeting client and guest.
- In the absence of secretaries, coordinate with (CEO/CFO) and all with the department heads.
- Coordination with Finance department in verifying the courier bills.
- Taking part in organizing the events of the company.
