| Job Description: |
Incumbent will be responsible for:
- An efficient reception service, acting as first point of contact welcoming all visitors to the department.
- The role carries out reception duties, dealing with telephone and face to face inquiries in a pleasant and courteous manner, receiving and directing visitors to concerned departments and offices.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- To attend all company calls and redirect to the appropriate department.
- Attending couriers and directing them to mailing staff
- Maintaining Telephone log book
