Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:
- Coordinate calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Reminding the Secretary General about the important tasks and deadlines.
- Managing databases and filing system.
- Liaising with internal and external Departments.
- Dealing with correspondence.
- Distribution of mail and stock of office supplies.
- Making copies, fax, answering phone calls, taking and delivering messages
- View and manage the in and out mail.
- Storage & retrieval of official and personal activities
- Any other task as may be assigned by the Secretary General
Qualification and Experience
- Graduation from HEC recognized Institution/University.
- 4-5 years experience in reputed organization.
- Maximum age limit upto 40 years.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Have knowledge of office work and MS Office.
