Head of Resource Mobilization, Partnerships & Corporate Communication

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:
- Coordinate services and support of several PRCS Departments in order to deliver PRCS resources which lead to credible, individualized, highly-visible and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain such relationships to deliver maximum value to PRCS. Relationships should result in successful, measurable revenue and visibility to PRCS.
- Developing cultivation and fundraising strategies, creating proposals for funding priorities.
- Point-of-contact for Donors to help grow their fundraising objectives and relationship with the Pakistan Red Crescent.
- Any other task as may be assigned by the Competent Authority.
Qualification and Experience
- Masters degree /16 years education from HEC recognized Institution/University in Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in cause marketing, corporate philanthropy, corporate sales, promotions, retail sales advertising, cause marketing programs or public relations.
- Maximum age limit upto 50 years.
- Superb oral and written communication skills required as well as strong negotiation, presentation and liaison skills.
- The candidate should have the ability to operate independently and deal effectively and persuasively with corporate executives, Management and Staff.
