Job Description: |
-
- Receive client complaint, log in to the software and prepare the visit form
- Assign an engineer by handing over the visit form to attend the complaint with respect to their territories assigned.
- If the concerned engineer is not available in the office, call him and inform about the complaint details.
- Note customers comments and check customers signatures after the return of the engineers and maintain the record.
- Call up clients on daily basis for feedback regarding satisfaction of performance by our engineers Convince in coming clients to purchase companion products/ punch cards.
- On the return of the engineer, collect the delivery challan from engineer and file.
- If the payment is received, forward it to account department immediately.
- Receives the machine from client and understand the complaint.
- Prepare the job paper by assigning a job number.
- Handed over the job paper to service center engineers for estimate.
- Document the estimate the properly and make a quotation for client.
- Forward the quotation to client, convince the client for the terms and conditions and take the approval.
- Handover the machine to specific Workshop Engineer and keep a follow up to avoid any delay in repair.
- Manage the machines received for repairing purposes and inform the customer about a reasonable time frame for resolving the issue.
- After the intimation of service center engineer regarding the proper working of machine after testing, call up the customer about the complaint rectification.
- Handover the repaired machine to the field engineer for delivery.
- Generate invoice reference for repaired machine while delivering it.
- Follow upon outstanding payments and ensure quick recovery.

- Reporting to HOD for the routine status
