This is a very simple job.

We are deploying a CRM for property management. We will use either vTiger or xCRM platform.
Use the basic 'load' and tweak the fields to suit the necessity.

1. Either vTiger and will modify it for a handful of users.
2. or Microsoft Dynamic CRM (xCRM) - start with trial version and modify as needed.

(for example we do not have 'products' - we have 'apartments', we do not use 'quantity' - we use SqFt, etc. etc. )

This a part-time job for the right person. (It may lead to full-time if all goes well)

Real Estate database experience is a plus.

Work from your lap-top and you will report to the project manager.
You decide the hours, but you will be managed through ticket system of tasks.
