| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelors Degree in Telecommunications/Computer Science/Software Engineering, Program Management Certifications/Diploma will be preferred
- Have at least 4 5 years of relevant work experience
Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of the department project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes
- Co-ordinate completion of projects by ensuring proper procedure is followed
- Assist in the business requirements elicitation process for new projects, services and programs
- Identify and understand complex business problems and the impact of the proposed solution on IT operations.
- Document the complex areas of project scope, deliverables, functional requirements, and added value / benefit expectations.
- Create project plans in accordance with the communicated timelines and resources.
- Ensure that projects are implemented according to the agreed scope and within the agreed timelines.
- Follow up with development teams on the progress of the project activities and update project plan accordingly.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of Project Professional and Project Server is a plus.
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Project Management Skills
