Job Objectives
- Responsible for the development of bank’s relationship and volume base in assigned target segment by using professional selling skills and grass root prospecting and ensuring targets are achieved.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and develop business to achieve assigned liability sales targets and properly manage portfolio.
- Ensure compliance in sales, service, and delivery to customer in accordance with KBL policies. Ensure effective and standardized internal control, and report as per KBL policies and SBP regulations. Adhere compliance on Know Your Customer (KYC) & Anti Money Laundering (AML) during the entire relationship of the customer with KBL.
- Meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers.
Educational Qualification:
- Preferably 16 years of education from foreign/HEC recognized university, in business administration/banking & finance/commerce/accounting or economics.
- Preferably 1 year of sales experience with a financial institution or FMCG.
- Sound knowledge of Prudential Regulations & other applicable banking laws products/processes and policies.Skilled in business planning, retail banking, customer service, distribution and sales practices.
- Good interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
- Good team member and customer focused..
