The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computers
- Should have 2 – 4 Years of relevant work experience.
Job Description
- Work in a dynamic technical level 2 support team for the Operations and maintenance of the Core Node.
- Provide L2 support to peer NOC L2, NOC FM, and performance management team (PMT) and Regional NSS teams for issue resolution.
- Utilize past knowledge and experience in database configuration that is required on Huawei core node.
- Responsible for core planning work order execution
- Handle Trouble Tickets and Customer Complaints timely
- Carry out roster activities (24/7) including migrations, swaps, upgrades, expansions and O&M tasks.
- Coordination with Vendor for Trouble Tickets.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of GSM Call flows, Signaling, troubleshooting skills and database configuration.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills
- Hands on experience on HUW Core Nodes.
- MS Office Proficiency
- Willingness to work in shifts round the clock and if required on holidays (including public holidays) as an emergency resource
