Job Duties: As an account representative, you will be working closely with our clients to manage their accounts by,
- Addressing customer complaints and queries of assigned clients
- Collaborating with account managers and submitting reports to upper management
- You will maintain a positive working relationship with our clients, requesting information from them, and answering any questions they might have about their business accounts.
