| Job Description: |
An experienced Property Consultant is required to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions. The property consultants responsibilities include developing and sustaining a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income, view properties with clients, and conducting surveys to obtain data. You should also be able to correctly inform clients of market conditions and trends.

Property Consultant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Proven 2 year experience in property management or real estate. (Local and International).
- Sound knowledge of real estate laws.
- Fluent Urdu and English Language Skills.
