We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our team on a project basis. As a remote web developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing websites for our clients, as well as maintaining and updating existing websites. You will work collaboratively with our team of designers and project managers to ensure that each website meets our clients' needs and exceeds their expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages and tools
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure that each website meets our clients' needs and exceeds their expectations
• Ensure that each website is optimized for speed, performance, and security
• Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the development process
• Maintain and update existing websites as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development
• Communicate regularly with the team to ensure that project timelines and milestones are met
• Provide timely and accurate progress reports to project managers
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
• Proven experience in web development, with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages and tools
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Shopify and Drupal
• Knowledge of web development best practices, including accessibility, performance, and security
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High-speed internet access and a reliable computer

This is a remote position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As a project-based position, the workload may vary depending on project needs.
