Premier Choice– a leading international real estate organization, with multiple mega-projects in Pakistan, UAE and US is looking to hire a Marketing Head, who will work with senior management to support strategic planning activities by providing actionable recommendations based on assessments of markets and competitors, both existing and potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand end-state business objectives and develop comprehensive digital industry, competitors and customer preferences insights in order to capture incremental benefits, impact on P&L and market share along with growth projections
• Collect data on digital customer’s life style, financial behavior, peer benchmarking and consolidating information into actionable points.
• Present analysis results and strategic recommendations for ongoing product development.
• Provide competitive analysis on digital offerings, market trends, pricing, and business and distribution models.
• Identify latest innovations, technology solutions, Fintech developments in digital space and recommend feasible solutions to meet the needs of changing customer behavior.
• Scan the internal and external environment to leverage new sources of customer data in order to anticipate customer needs, address existing gaps in product suit and capture new markets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) Degree in Marketing, Branding, Commerce or any other relevant field from an HEC recognized university 
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (preferably in Real Estate or Construction industry).
