| Job Description: |
- Review and approve the preparation of periodic financial reporting materials for SHP’s Executive Committee, management, and donor funds.
- Ensure the implementation of budgets across core operations and projects.
- Ensure vendor tax filing is being done according to compliance.
- Define and establish financial systems to support and streamline reporting requirements.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting; direct all financial and project-based accounting.
- Hire and retain support staff, as needed, in the future.
- Coordinate all audit activities.
- Ensure timely roll-out of annual budgets
