Job Description: |
CSRs will be responsible for responding to queries and concerns from USA clients. The executives should not be robotic and should know how to tackle digital audiences. Must be able to manage time and high-pressure situations. Not just this, the individual must know how to deal with customers on calls, live chat, and emails.
Shift Timing:
5:00 pm till 2:00 am
Location:
Garden Town Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Daily task is to respond to digital audiences across identified digital platforms.
- Individuals must provide prompt responses to questions and should not delay or miss anything.
- Monitor sentiments and identify loopholes.
- Compilation of data and numbers to provide input into the further development of the clients social media strategy.
- Answer calls professionally and provides information about products and services.
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers
- Excellent communication skills in English.
