| Job Description: |
- Responsible for analyzing and designing reports, hands on practice BI platform including extracting and data transformation also in tableau.
- Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
- Developing and implementing data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
- Bring together data sets for regular dashboard of reporting on the workforce development of our sectors
- Ensure that the data is fit for purpose, stays up to date and accurate
- Using advanced computerized models to extract the data needed
- Performing initial analysis to assess the quality of the data
- Performing further analysis to determine the meaning of the data
- Performing final analysis to provide additional data screening
- Working with relevant departments to establish root cause analysis and “quick wins” from customer feedback
- Ensure completion of data and reports at a National and Regional level in line with daily, weekly and monthly guidelines
- Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to management SQL (Tableau, Power BI, Micro Strategy, SSRS, SAS or SPSS is a plus)
