The incumbent will be responsible for the following
1. Guiding the call center staff in getting feedback from the customers by making follow-up phone calls once the sales team has visited a client.
2. Oversee deliveries of orders booked by the sales team and ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries across Pakistan.
3. Follow up with clients for recoveries and reconcile accounts with the clients.
4. Respond to queries raised by potential customers on social media.
