At eL33Tech, we are looking for a strong DevOPs engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is a self starter, strong engineer who is well versed in setting up infrastructure as code for applications.

Since there is a potential to work with remote clients, there is a focus on strong, clear communication and a high level of organization.

Responsibilities:

  Prototyping and developing cloud-native architecture solutions for application needs, particularly with AWS

  
  


• 
  

  Providing infrastructure-as-code utilizing Terraform and AWS Cloud Formation

  
  


• 
  

  Provide on-call support for the platform

  
  


• 
  

  Perform automation, testing, performance tuning, and tools development.

  
  

Required skills:

• 
  

  DevOPs tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, Github Actions

  
  


• 
  

  Strong Knowledge of AWS technologies such as S3, EBS, EFS, Glacier, SQS and SNS, IAM, Lambda functions, EC2, ECS, Route53, VPC, WAF, RDS, Aurora and DynamoDB

  
  


• 
  

  Strong Knowledge of cloud infrastructure using HashiCorp Terraform

  
  


• 
  

  Provision cloud infrastructure in AWS using infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, GitHub)

  
  


• 
  

  HTTP servers such as Apache, Nginx and Node

  
  


• 
  

  New Relic, Sysdig, App Dynamics, and DynaTrace 

  
  


• 
  

  Two (2) years of writing Terraform or Cloud formation scripts 

  
  


• 
  

  Programming with bash

  
  


• 
  

  Python

  
  


• 
  

  Container Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with one or more CI/CD using Jenkins, AWS Developer Tools, Circle CI.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with code and binary repositories such as Bitbucket, Git, Artifactory and Nexus, etc

  
  


• 
  

  Experience supporting databases, PostgreSQL, MySQL

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with automation and configuration management using Chef, Ansible or Puppet is helpful gut not required
