| Job Description: |
YC Solutions is looking to hire an HR Officer for office based job. He should have outstanding English communication skills. He should have at least 2 years of experience in HR majorly in Recruitment and Selection. Candidate having experience in Call Center industry will be preferred. He will have to perform following duties;
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Conducting Induction sessions of new hires
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (ERP)
- Documentaion of new staff
- Attendance management
- Handling complaints and grievances
