Job responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for evaluation of the adequacy of the policies, procedures and practices implemented by the NRSP bank at Head Office level and suggesting changes for improvement.
•  Appraise the adequate and effective system of internal controls at head office level.
•  Plan and carry out regular internal audits to evaluate compliance with the system of internal controls, assess the reliability and integrity of information and compliance with Bank’s policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
• Conduct continuous follow up and post implementation reviews to ensure managers and other responsible persons act on agreed action plans.
• Assist the Manager Internal Audit on Risk and internal audit issues and seek their direction.
• Check that enterprise-wide risk management policies, controls and procedures, are effectively implemented, disseminated and complied with across the Bank.
• Review workflows, hand-offs, process steps and existing policies and procedures to identify areas of risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Provide analytical support to the management regarding risk and compliance metrics.
•  Review of audit files and working papers and maintaining proper records of audit files.

Qualification:           

•  CA Intermediate/CA Finalist along with completed articles ship from reputed audit firm.
•  ACCA Qualified with firm experience or industry experience of minimum 03 years post qualification

Experience:

• The ideal candidate at least has 3 years of relevant experience.
