Our Company Viion Technology offers Software related services (Websites Development, Softwares, CMS, mobile applications development, UI/UX designs, marketing), we are looking for Bidding experts who could get business (Mobile app/website projects) from online portals and from direct marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Bidding Expert & specialized in writing Proposals

• Preparing estimates and quotations for customers

• Lead generation that results in sales

• Daily communication with clients

• Maintain very high rating on Upwork/Peopleperhour/Fiverr etc. - This is very important for us

• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications, and Skype/Zoom depending on the requirement from the client

• Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)

• Meet monthly quota of projects

• Ability to communicate with the client in writing and verbally through Skype/Zoom as well

Skills Required:

• Strong Negotiation Skills

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Proactive in embracing new challenges

• Must have high-energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best, and be self-motivated

• Should have experience in generating sales through social media

• Having prior experience of selling CMS web projects would be preferable

• Effective team player but must be able to manage particular work independently

• Excellent skills in using MS Office effectively
