YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Assist Customer over the phone, email, and chat regarding our products and services
• Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints
• Manage Customer Expectations especially during busy periods
• Customer handling and Retention
• Updating data and records using our CRM
• Documentation and Report Writing
• Other Admin Work

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

• Bachelors Degree from Reputable University.
• Minimum 1 Year of Customer Support or similar experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written in the English Language
• Good problem-solving skills and detail-oriented

SCHEDULE: 

Full-time position during US Business Hours

COMPENSATION: 

Market Competitive depending on skills

• We will be using monitoring software to check your work efficiency and productivity on a daily basis. The position does offer the comfort of working from home but demands the same efficiency, productivity, and professionalism of the industry.
