The Operations Manager will be part of the YehTruck operations team and will execute the operational strategy of all its products to achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

•  Creating the transporter network of both small, medium, and large truckers
• Managing operation teams all across Pakistan for transporters registration and for their operational support
• Implementation of YehTruck Market Place from the Supply-side to build the largest trucker base in Pakistan
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and practices
• Act as a team player to improve the quality and efficiency of operational activities

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in Transport Operations preferably working directly in a transport company or working in the logistics department of any manufacturing concerns
• Excellent presentation skills.
• An exceptional desire to succeed, as a team player.
• Highly self-motivated and self-driven with entrepreneurial flair and attention to detail.
•  Fast learner and problem solver who could cope with new challenges in high-growth companies
