DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary: The incumbent shall be responsible for smooth operations of RBG branches and develop processes to ensure centralized monitoring of affairs of the branches. Manage impediments, disruptions and any other problems to ensure business continuity. Coordinate with business partners to understand their expectations to manage their business needs and assist in problem-solving. Effectuate measures to improve customer experience and objectively contribute towards deposit retention and opportunities of customer deepening. Assure implementation of Service Quality Guidelines. Liaison with SBP officials to manage on-site/off-site inspection data/information requirements as well as provide timely information to other regulatory and statutory bodies including internal/external auditors.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized University/ Foreign University
Experience: Minimum 12 Years of banking experience with 03 years in a similar function.
Age: Upto 55 Years as of 02 May 2021
