Urgently Hiring Required:

Purpose:

  • Candidates having experience in customer’s management, complaint handling, customer analysis and sales calls (tele-sales).
  • Social media marketing experience will be given preference.Potential Customers calling,  competition analysis, Sales lead generations, relationship building with current and prospective customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintaining a data base of customers, address, contact etc.
  • Finding potential customers(SME) through internet and valuable sources.
  • Asking customer about messaging services and campaigns
  • Generating sales from prospective and current customer(top-ups) in order to achieve daily sales target
  • Maintaining a record of customer feedback, daily reporting of customer’s feedback
  • Maintaining a record of competition, SMS industry comparison and analysis
  • Ask a set of Qs to customers to know about messaging services and campaigns, make a proper record of it
  • Maintain a long term relationship with customer
  • Cold calling to prospective clients using a data base to conversion and selling
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirement
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Managing promotions on social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, twitter etc.
