ABOUT US
Bettersource is the leading provider of remote talent to employers in Australia & NZ. Successful candidates will be interviewing directly with employers looking for remote employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Producing compelling creatives across a number of different platforms, including both online and offline collateral, eDMs, website banners, blogs, social media, and ad-hoc design and artwork requests.
- Create compelling visual concepts that communicate the brand in a way that inspires, informs, and captivates customers.
- Develop and deliver the company’s key materials in line with the strategic marketing plan, to help drive an enhanced experience for customers.
- As a brand custodian, you will ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all channels.
- Creating weekly email marketing campaigns and ensure the brand guidelines are followed.
- Designing product data sheets using the Publisher tool and ensure all product data sheets are up-to-date.
- Staying up to date with emerging design trends.
About You
- High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign & Photoshop).
- Experience developing artwork for print and digital channels; producing finished and print-ready artwork (formal qualifications in graphic design and 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable).
- Experience in creating various digital and print collateral.
- Experience in creating Product Data Sheets using the Publisher tool.
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work from existing brand guidelines and to follow a brief.
- Team player with a ‘positive’ attitude.
- Video editing experience would be advantageous.
