| Job Description: |
- Within delegated authority Plans, implements and supervises all maintenance activities.
- Act as liaison with various departments like Finance, HR , Logistics and Sales
- To engender good working relationships with the regional contractors for maintaining quality operating practices and drive high standards of performance.
- To complete rosters and allocation of resources to cover work demands.
- Should involve in the resource hunting and recruitment process of an individual.
- Responsible to maintain and file all recruitment cases ,staff personal files, employee cards.
- Arrange domestic & international traveling.
- Needs to maintain customer files and responsible to take care of welcoming the guests/ customers.
- To identify and resolve any service delivery issues.
- To manage In-house as well as outside training & meetings .
- To carry out administrative tasks as directed by supervisors.
- 12. Hands-on experience with Human Resource Management including Payroll systems i.e. ERP etc
- 13. Excellent Communication abilities
