Job Description:

Home-based job because of COVID 19, Selected candidates will be given online training on Laptop and selected candidates will be performing duties of Customer Service / Call the center from home.

Selected candidates will be getting calls from customers to solve different issues.

Laptop / Internet Connection and power backup is a must for this job.

The applicant should have excellent communication skills and a troubleshooting attitude.

Experience is not required, fresh graduates having knowledge of Internet protocol (IP) setting and configuration may apply.

This is an indoor Customer Service call center position of Largest Telecom Company of Pakistan.

Male and female both are encouraged to apply for this position.

This is career-oriented position especially for fresh graduates.
