We require qualified and motivated professionals whose work ethic is based on hard work, to fill the position of Officer & Manager ADC Support.
Manager/Officer ADC Support are to:
· Monitoring and support of all ADC related applications, ADC services, logs from ADC infrastructure and support services.
· Monitoring of external & internal host connectivity of iSwitch which includes ATM and various other channels/ host system like Euronet, 1-Link etc.
· Coordinate with vendor and in-house teams for middleware, ATM Controller/ switching and Core banking includes (Branch/ Branchless Banking) related issues respectively.
· Good knowledge of database like SQL & Oracle.
· Knowledge of web services.
· Hands-on experience of middleware and delivery channels software is highly preferable
· Coordinate with different vendors for timely resolution of operational complains.
· Cater and resolve all service related complaints addressed to the ADC channels.
· Monitor and maintain follow-up with different departments in order to resolve the complaints according to specified TATs.
· Operational tasks (Back office system operations)
· Responsible to support adhoc all business unit queries.
