Anam Weaving Mills looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, talented, detail-oriented and highly organized “Business Manager” for newly launching Women wear Brand.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Support product development and sourcing activities throughout the product lifecycle process. Align product development with seasonal line architecture. Engage with and influence cross-functional partners to ensure timely execution of key deliverables.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Develop designing, sampling, production, marketing and launch plans for volumes per year.

·         Costing, budgeting and financial planning for each collection.

·         Fabrics finalization with Creative head and highlighting any beyond budget issues.

·         Follow-up with design studio, product development, PPC and sourcing department to ensure the collection launch as per plan date.

·         Support & follow-up with PD and sourcing department for specs, consumptions, pricing, order placements, dyeing, printing, embroideries, cutting, packing & dispatch.

·         Support & follow-up with marketing department for shoot, marketing campaigns, PR, brand image, packaging, digital and commercial marketing.

·         Support & follow-up with E-Commerce, customer services and retail teams.

·         Follow-up with finance department for timely payments of vendors and final financial statement upon project closing.

·         Visit retailers and competitor brands for market research and our product feedback.
