Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will join a dynamic team of tech giants that includes developers, quality engineers, product managers, support engineers, digital marketing experts, and usability experts that make our products easier to use.
Skills Required:
Candidate should have good knowledge and experience in the following:
- At-least 3 to 4 years proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation by paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Hands on experience of MS Office and online documentation tools like HelpConsole and Confluence
- Good understanding of SDLC and Software Development, i.e. Agile development in particular
- Ability to meet the deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Knowledge/Experience in any of the following will be a big plus:
- Domain knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) products will be a plus
