Job Description: |
- Maintains Customer Record by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's compalaint.
- Maintains customer sale by updating on daily sale base.
- Deal directly with customer either by telephone, email, sms, or face to face.
- Respond promtly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal department.
