| Job Description: |
- Should have at least years of experience in garment Industry.
- Should have sound knowledge of the complete process in cutting section cut plan, lay plan, and about fabric.
- Develop the Team and Lead them for the smooth operation of the Cutting.
- Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Store as per Consumption.
- Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.
- Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.
- Make the Cutting Plan as per the Production Plan.
- Lay Inspection- Marking – and Cutting the Fabrics accordingly.
- Ensure Numbering are made actually.
- Bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise.
- Make effective cutting plan and % achievement of cut-to ship.
- Should have effective controls to eliminate fabric wastage.
- Supervise and ensure cutting fabric quality and quantities.
- Any other works as & when required by the management always communicate with the production team to meet on time delivery.
- To ensure the garments product safety.
