About the Role: 

Introduce and maintain quality systems in the factories to ensure output meets customer specification and assist in resolving quality/ technical related issues to ensure customer satisfaction

 Job Responsibility Including But Not Limited To:

·         Quality checks Development, White, Black and Gold Seal samples before they are sent to Sri Lanka for fitting and approval.

·         To arrange and participate in the factory pre-production meeting BEFORE production starts, ensuring the supplier is clear on all points, patterns, spec, fit, construction, all processes and packing / presentation. All details must be recorded on the correct paperwork and filed in your QC file for management review.

·         Ensure you have all the relevant details in order to monitor each of your styles in production, the QC file containing trim card, approved fabric hangers, strike-offs, approved samples and full fit comment history.

·         Carry out the pilot run (first-off) inspection on every new style, recording the details on the relevant documents.

·         Carry out in-line inspections on every style. In-line inspection report for each style must be recorded regardless of the shipment quantity.                                                           

·         AQL final inspect the goods recording the details on the relevant documents.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

•     Minimum 5 year experience in a Woven factory manufacturing Denim Jeans.

·         Must have woven garment experience, work without supervision, organized, have good communication skills and be self-motivated.

·         Experience of working in a Buying Office would advantageous.
