A Canadian based web development agency is looking to recruit Communications specialists (Multiples openings) preferably with experience in the Web sector.
The Ideal Candidate MUST Have:
- Exceptional Communication & interpersonal skills (English ONLY).
- Excellent email writing skills, preferably business correspondence with international Web. Development / IT companies or clients is a plus.
- Strong client servicing skills with competency to build and maintain long term relationships with international clients
- Excellent Customer support skills and follow-ups along with familiarity with call handling flow is a plus.
