| Job Description: |
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of yearly and quarterly commercial Strategy for all retail products
- Development of Retail Revenue Budgeting
- CAPEX Planning and Budgeting for retail products
- Development of 5 year Business Plan jointly with Strategy and Finance for Retail
- Preparing Business Review and Board Presentations
- Preparation of Business cases for all Commercial executions
- Developing business models
- Support on developing robust strategic and execution plans for new projects and processes
- Conduct research and analysis to inform on actionable business strategies and recommendations
- Excellent analytical skills – consumer profiling, data analysis & financial analysis
- Research skills and ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data
- Ability to interpret, synthesize company and industry reports – quantitative (financial) and qualitative
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams to drive change
